Shiba Inu Leader Says Lot of Things Going Behind Scenes For SHIB

Despite some community members accusing Kusama of spreading FUDs, the lead developer said many developments are happening behind the scenes for Shiba Inu.

Shiba Inu’s pseudonymous lead developer Shytoshi Kusama has promised to share updates about the developments happening behind the scenes for Shib.

His remarks come after some SHIB community members took to the Shibarium Telegram group to accuse him and his team of spreading Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt (FUDs) about Shib.

“You and your team are making the biggest FUD. Now I believe people are telling the truth,”said Batuhan Olcay, a member of the Shibarium Telegram group.

These accusations surprised Kusama, who seemed not to know about the so-called “biggest FUD.”

“What exactly again? I’m sorry. Did I miss something?” Kusama asked.

However, he disclosed that many developments are “going on behind the scenes” for Shiba Inu. He promised to reveal them soon. “Talk soon, everyone,” he added.

“…a lot going on behind the scenes. Talk soon, everyone.”

Some Community Members Blame Kusama for SHIB Dip

Kusama has recently been the major recipient of some community members’ backlash. He has been accused of being responsible for the massive plunge in Shiba Inu’s price.

For context, SHIB is down over 87% from its all-time high of $0.000086. Shiba Inu’s value slumped massively, like the rest of other crypto assets in the market.

Although some users believe Kusama is responsible for the asset’s price decline, it is noteworthy that other crypto assets have also plunged heavily from their peak prices.

Meanwhile, the lead developer has been able to clear these misconceptions. In his recent message in the Shibarium Telegram group, Kusama explained that he also incurred major losses due to the massive dip in price.

Undeterred, the lead developer said he is determined to make Shibarium work for everyone, which will help grow SHIB’s price.

Shibarium Could Rally SHIB Price

The development comes weeks after Shiba Inu launched the native test network for Shibarium, dubbed Puppynet. The network has had its fair share of adoption since its debut on March 11. It has already crossed the 200k wallet threshold.

Once Shibarium goes live on the mainnet, the L2 blockchain will roll out significant features that could boost SHIB’s price. The team behind Shiba Inu has already revealed that Shibarium will have a dedicated burn portal that will incinerate SHIB via every transaction.

Furthermore, Unification, one of the developers of Shibarium, said it is developing an all-in-one wallet solution to boost transactions within the network.

Boosting Shibarium transactions will also accelerate SHIB burns, reflecting positively on the asset’s price.
