15M Shiba Inu Burned, 10M By an Unknown Wallet

Shiba Inu Community burns over 15 Million SHIB while eagerly anticipating the release of Shibarium Beta.

Over 15.08 Million Shiba Inu (SHIB) burned in the past 24 hours, and 10 Million burned by a single wallet.

Shib Army continues to burn millions of SHIBs every day. The latest stats show that the Community permanently removed a great 15,086,902 (15.08M) SHIB from circulation through seven separate transactions in the past 24 hours.

In one significant transaction, a mysterious wallet contributed significantly to the burning activity by transferring 10 million SHIB to the burn address. According to Etherscan.io, the massive burn transaction was executed precisely at 01:46:35 PM +UTC on February 14.

The Community eagerly anticipates Shibarium Beta’s release, which the lead developer Shytoshi Kusama confirmed is ready for launch. Kusama said he is ready to publish the first medium article introducing the upcoming Shibarium protocol today.

Kusama also made the official Telegram group, “All Things Shibarium,” live yesterday and unveiled the official logo for the upcoming Layer 2 network. As previously reported by The Crypto Basic, Kusama hinted at the potential release of Shibarium Beta before May in response to a community inquiry.
