They could be considered for permanent positions within Binance, allowing them to continue their professional journey within the organization. Alternatively, they may be offered a place in the Graduate Leadership Program in 2024, which provides a structured pathway for further development and leadership opportunities within Binance.

The program garnered an overwhelming response, with over 8000 applications received. The selection process involved a rigorous evaluation, including interviews, tests, and group case study assessments. After careful consideration, a total of 23 candidates have been selected to participate in the program. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional skills, aptitude, and potential that align with the program’s advanced management curriculum, ensuring a high-quality and impactful experience for all participants.
