Deaton Confirms He Owns More ETH Than XRP, Says He’d Have Sued SEC For Lawsuit Against Ethereum

Deaton said he owns more Ethereum than XRP and would have taken a lawsuit against Ethereum seriously as he has done for Ripple.

Attorney John Deaton, the founder of Crypto Law, said he would have supported Ethereum the same way he has for Ripple if the SEC had sued Ethereum or any of its officials, including Vitallik Buterin and Joseph Lubin.

According to the Crypto Law founder, he has continued to hold ETH because he expects critics to dismiss his efforts so far for the Ripple community as actions carried out by a disgruntled XRP holder

Interestingly Deaton says he owns more ETH than XRP, which has been that way.

Deaton added that he has continued to hold ETH because he expects critics to dismiss his efforts so far for the Ripple community as actions carried out by a disgruntled XRP holder.

“When I filed suit Vs. SEC I owned more in ETH than XRP, and I still do b/c I knew people would try and dismiss my efforts as a disgruntled XRPHolder.”

When I filed suit ? the SEC I owned more in ETH than XRP and I still do b/c I knew people would try and dismiss my efforts as a disgruntled XRPHolder. As I’ve said if the SEC had sued @ethereumJoseph @VitalikButerin @ConsenSys claiming today’s ETH a security I would’ve sued SEC

Deaton’s Moves to Help XRP Holders Get Justice

It is worth noting that attorney Deaton has been at the forefront of the ongoing Ripple vs. SEC lawsuit. The Crypto Law founder is currently representing over 72,000 XRP holders in a class action against the Securities and Exchange Commission for causing them huge losses.

Meanwhile, Deaton’s comment comes after Cardano founder described XRP holders’ claims about former SEC internal staff as a “grand conspiracy.” Charles Hoskinson’s recent statement has brought the full wrath of the XRP community upon him. Well Known XRP supporter Crypto Eri says she is quite shocked by Charles’s comments.

It does matter. Very much. Your very point is appalling. Wow, I’m quite shocked. I had you for a different person. So when they come after Cardano and ADA, backed by corruption, criminal behavior and lies, I’ll remember… It doesn’t matter.
