Shiba Inu Metaverse Advisor Meets with Paramount Pictures Futurist
Shytoshi Kusama recently commented on the meeting, hinting at a significant development.
Marcie Jastrow, the Shiba Inu metaverse advisor, recently had a meeting with Ted Schilowitz, the futurist at American film production company Paramount Pictures. This meeting, which took place at the 2023 South by Southwest (SXSW) festival held in Texas, has generated widespread speculation of a substantial advancement in the Shiba Inu metaverse project.
Recall that SHIB: The Metaverse recently premiered the WAGMI Temple hub at this year’s SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. Since the debut, SHIB enthusiasts have been sharing several clips of an immersive and captivating VR experience at the Metaverse.
The meeting between Marcie Jastrow and Ted Schilowitz has garnered significant attention, with Scorchia – a prominent SHIB proponent – drawing public attention to it using the tongue-in-cheek crypto slang “probably nothing.” This phrase is often used ironically within the crypto community to highlight potentially significant developments.

In addition, Shytoshi Kusama shared Scorchia’s tweet and included a clip from South Park which featured Randy Marsh saying “maybe nothing; maybe everything.” Kusama’s inclusion of this subtle hint has only served to fuel further speculation of an imminent major breakthrough.

Possible Implications
As the futurist at Paramount Pictures, Ted Schilowitz is responsible for exploring and identifying emerging technologies and trends in the entertainment industry. His role involves researching and analyzing advancements in areas such as virtual reality and augmented reality, and how they can be integrated into the production and distribution of films.
Schilowitz works with external partners to identify new opportunities and collaborations. He is also tasked with advising senior executives and creatives at Paramount Pictures on how to incorporate these technologies into their projects to enhance the audience experience.
Schilowitz, who also works as the futurist at ViacomCBS, highlighted last year how non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and the metaverse scene can help to transform the landscape of the entertainment industry in Hollywood.
Meanwhile, the Shiba Inu community welcomed Marcie Jastrow as the project’s Metaverse Advisor in May 2022. Upon her appointment, Jastrow expressed her excitement over working with the community and implored proponents to expect “an amazing Shibaverse” for all.
