Xeni Adds Shiba Inu as a Payment Method For Travel Industry
Users Can Now Make and Accept Shiba Inu Payments in the Travel Industry.
The payment solution was recently made possible through Xeni’s partnership with BitPay.
Shiba Inu (SHIB) payments have entered the Business-to-Business (B2B) travel industry through a recent collaboration between BitPay and Xeni, a renowned blockchain-based B2B travel selling platform.
According to a report from The Paypers, a Netherlands-based payments news outlet, Xeni inked the partnership with BitPay to allow its clients to make and receive payments in Shiba Inu and fourteen other crypto assets for a range of services, including but not limited to car rentals, hotels, tours, and flights.
As a B2B selling platform, Xeni operates as an intermediary that connects tour operators and travel agents with multiple suppliers, providing them various products and services at competitive prices.
The recent collaboration with BitPay will allow these travel agents and other individuals utilizing Xeni to accept payments in SHIB and other crypto assets. This integration offers a streamlined subscription process and safeguards against credit card fraud, high transaction fees, and chargebacks.
Accordingly, customers and travelers can pay crypto for their travel products on any site powered by Xeni. When they get to the checkout point, they will get an opportunity to choose to pay in any of the fifteen crypto assets supported, including Shiba Inu, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Dogecoin (DOGE).
Shiba Inu payments have been gradually creeping into several industries as numerous companies across various sectors secure partnerships allowing their customers to pay in the asset. Bin Faqeeh, a leading real estate developer based in Bahrain, enabled SHIB payments on Jan. 28 following the integration of Binance Pay.
